Etéreo Auberge: The Quiet, Design-Forward Choice

Etéreo is part of Kanai, a newer beachfront community south of Mayakoba. It’s smaller and quieter by design, and that’s exactly the draw. Where Rosewood leans into variety, Etéreo leans into stillness.

This is a resort built around feeling, not features. The architecture is striking, the spa is one of the strongest in the region, and the pace slows down the moment you check in.

Etéreo is part of the Kanai community, so guests still have access to restaurants and experiences beyond the hotel itself. It just never feels crowded getting to them.

When clients ask me to just pick one, I ask them a different question first: does your family want to explore, or does your family want to exhale?
